Daily living with animals (like how to walk the dog - hold the leash, etc - safely), using your own pet for physical therapy (such as is used in some hospitals and nursing homes), and teaching your pet to do things you can no longer physically do. The easiest videos to make would be the ones using your pet for physical therapy, as those are really very cookie cutter. The hardest would be training your pet to be a service pet, but may also help the most people in the long run.
